This woman was unhappy with the dark circle and hollow under her eye. She did not have excess lower eyelid fat. Volume loss was present at the lower lid-cheek junction. Restylane 1 cc was used to fill the area of hollowing along the bony rim and in the upper cheek. She is happy with the smoother contour and the dark circles are no longer a concern.
